    Terms & Conditions

Please take time to read these terms through, and contact us if you have any questions.

    Cancellation by the Customer

All cancellations must be made in writing — either by post or by email. The deposit will be retained on cancellation. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the activity taking place, we will retain 100% of the payment.

Cancellation by Organised Groups (Schools, Youth Groups, Military)

All cancellations must be made in writing, either by post or by email. The deposit will be retained on cancellation. If you cancel within 28 days of the activity taking place, we will retain 100% of the payment.

    Cancellation by Anglesey Adventures Ltd

While every attempt is made to ensure activities run as scheduled, we reserve the right to cancel if viable numbers are not reached, or due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. If we cannot offer an alternative date, a full refund will be given. Online booking fees paid to an external party are non-refundable.

    Change of Venue

Due to weather or sea conditions, we may need to move your activity to a different venue to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience. Please make sure your phone and email details are correct on the booking form so we can reach you.

    Timings

You will be given a specific meeting time and location to meet your instructor. It is the customer’s responsibility to check travel time and arrive on time. While we allow a reasonable amount of time for customers arriving late, anything beyond reasonable may result in you not being able to take part — in which case we will retain 100% of the payment.

    Drugs & Alcohol

Anyone visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or visibly hungover, will not be allowed to take part. Our activities involve real risks in dynamic environments and clear judgement is essential. No refund will be given in this case.

    Personal Belongings

Anglesey Adventures cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings, equipment or your vehicle while you attend a session. When on the water please avoid taking valuables — jewellery, watches, glasses, non-waterproof cameras.

    Safety & Participation

Participation in adventurous activities entails some risk of injury. We take all reasonable steps to provide you with the level of care, instruction and safety appropriate to the activity. We expect participants to contribute to their own and each other’s safety by following the instructions given by our staff.

    Photographs

Photographs may be taken during your activity, and Anglesey Adventures Ltd reserves the right to use these for promotional purposes. Please contact us by email if you do not wish photographs to be taken during your activity, or if you do not wish them to be used for promotional purposes.

    Data Protection

We will not sell or share your personal details or email address with third parties without your permission. Your information is held in line with our Privacy Policy. To amend or remove your details, email info@angleseyadventures.com.

    Insurance

You are advised to take out your own personal insurance against personal loss, injury, or having to cancel your activity or course.
