Discovery days are designed for people with little or no sea kayaking experience, who just want a day of adventure as a couple or with friends, or as a taster session for those who may be thinking that sea kayaking is something they would like to try and progress with.
The Sea Kayaking Discovery Days tours provide an introduction to sea kayaking, where you will learn some basic paddle strokes and how to manoeuvre your boat with some easy techniques, allowing you to explore the caves and coastline of Anglesey, learn how to steer your boat through rocks (rock-hopping) and hopefully see some of Anglesey's amazing wildlife such as seals, porpoises, guillemots, razorbills, gannets, puffins and other sea birds.
We will choose a location with gentle sea conditions allowing you to progress at your own rate and enjoy an exciting and fun adventure in Anglesey. You may even find that sea kayaking is for you and something you'll want to develop and increase your knowledge and ability on the water.
Anglesey Adventures can supply all equipment needed for your sea kayaking session, if required.
